Today I sat in Central Park and wrote some forgiveness letters.

still holding onto resentment towards someone?
Write a letter to them.
You don't have to mail it
It is only for you
to release some of the
toxic junk you are holding on to in your body.
Remember, forgiveness
doesn't say that what they did is okay,
it is saying that you are no
longer holding anger toward them.
Release someone today and you'll feel
better.
